Our Mission

If a company is to have one underlying primary mission then ours is to create software applications where end user productivity is paramount.  That is, the product should automate as much as possible the day to day task of managing the information, and to make that process as straight forward and streamlined as possible for the end user.

There are plenty of applications available that offer the user all kinds of "flexibility" and leave it up to the end user to design forms, reports, etc.  The result is that the end user is forced into the design and development of their own application.  Many end users like this approach, as they can create their own data processing environment for the particular task at hand.  The downside is that the company they work for has no standard way of processing information from project to project.  This requires repeated attempts to create new data processing environments with the additional overhead of man hours to accomplish this.

Kallensoft knows from experience that companies that use our products avoid the constant need for retraining and extra supervision that can result during the startup of a new project.  The end users instead are confronted with a familiar application and a consistent data processing environment from job to job.

Of course, new projects often demand new data elements along with new processes and reports to manage the data elements.  Kallensoft will then create the new features using the core modules as a base so the end user has a consistent and familiar interface.  The tasks of maintaining a database of thousands of purchase orders or hundreds of thousands of time card entries or generating invoice backup are already in place for your field staff reducing their stress and increasing bottom line productivity.
