  Equipment Tracking Module

The Equipment Tracking Module is another of a series of modules designed for use at the job site in the project office.  This application will assist your field staff in a variety of ways to help them with the day to day challenges of managing the information created during the course of a construction project.  Here are some examples:

Internal Cost Reports – Track Equipment Usage costs against the cost structure set up for a job.

Invoice Billing Summary Sheets – Used as backup  when invoicing Clients.

Daily Deployment Report – Provides a quick overview of Equipment in use on a project by day of week.

Equipment Usage Reports – List Employee's hours by date range.

Preprinted Time Sheets – Printed by crew with Equipment Number and description.

Input Edit Reports – Used by staff to review equipment usage posted to a job.

Equipment Usage Summary Sheets – List time for each unit of equipment by crew.  Another tool used to check the day's data entry.

Equipment Record – A great tool for tracking equipment resources, this report contains equipment number, serial number, make, model,  timecard data entry defaults, and other pertinent information.
